Help Desk- Use the Help Desk to resolve product specific problem or obtain service. The Help Desk Ticket ID number is your RMA number for returning the product to Nuforce. -> Go to Help Desk Defective On Arrival (DOA) - In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement item immediately after you have filed a Help Desk ticket. We will also proivde a postage paid return shipping label for you to send back the defective item. Warranty Service - Use the Help Desk to create the Ticket ID (RMA) number and send the item to: Ticket ID: <ticket ID#> Nuforce, Inc. 382 South Abbott Avenue Milpitas, CA 95035 Please provide your email, phone number and shipping address. Your sales receipt or Order ID (if you purchased it online) will be used as proof of purchase for warranty coverage. International Return Policy

International customers should check with their distributor/dealer about a return policy. You cannot return products to NuForce directly unless you purchased them from our online store. We will assist you in resolving any support problems or sales disputes.

USA Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us within 30 days for a refund (shipping cost typically not refundable). (See Terms and Conditions of Sales). We appreciate if you would provide a reason for your return. If the refund is due to a defective product, we will also refund the shipping cost. To return the product:

Shipping
US order is shipped by FedEx ground or US Post Office mail depending on the shipping choice. International order is shipped by US Post Office Priority (6 to 10 business days) or Express Mail (5 to 6 business days). Customs clearance might cause additional shipping delay for international order. For package weighing 1lb or less, it might be shipped by US First Class or Priority Mail flat rate envelope. We can not offer any other shipping methods at this time. You will be notified of any delay with an option to cancel your order.
International orders will likely be subjected to import tax, duties or other custom fees that we have no knowledge or control. Nuforce will NOT be responsible for any tax and duties. Please check with your customs before placing an order with Nuforce.
